Selection of cutted grapes and transported in boxes directly to the winery. Winemaking with crushing and stalk removal. Fermentation in temperated controlled open mill.

Presents intense red colour with a floral and spices aroma from the French oak barrels where the wine rested for six months. In the mouth, it appears fresh and complex.

Suitable for grilled red meat dishes, spicy red meats, stews and furs.
